The rules are simple and easy to learn... but mastering the strategy is the real challenge.

One card is dealt to each player on the first round, two cards on the second, and so on. Players bid the number of tricks they think they will win.

Make the exact number of tricks bid and you win points; too many or too few tricks and you lose points. The Wizard and Jester cards add a wild element to the strategy.

Wizard is pure fun, challenging, baffling and simply habit forming. Wizard is quickly becoming the most popular card game of the decade.

Once you play, you're hooked for life
A Gamer

My husband and I picked up this game on our honeymoon 14 years ago in Canada. Since then we have introduced all of our friends to this amazing game. It's sort of a cross between eucure and spades, where you bid on the tricks you THINK you have in your hand. The real challange is trying to be accurate! The game has many twists and turns depending on the card laid. The rules are simple, but mastering the game takes a lifetime. I highly reccomend giving it a try. It's easy enough for my kids, yet challanging enough to keep even the hard core card player happy. Once you play, you're hooked for life.

We have played Wizard cards, since 1996, and introduce the game to all our friends, who in turn become equally addicted to the fun play, strategy and challenge of the game. We get together with friends weekly just to get in a few games of Wizard. We used to play Canasta, Pinochle etc. but since discovering Wizard, those games are but a distant memory. The online game is equally addictive, loads of fun, and the online players are the best! If you've never played Wizard, try it..I promise you, you'll never look back.
