Back from Essen, Games are Coming!

We have returned from our annual trip to the Internationale Spieltage in Essen, Germany. Our first shipment should arrive in very early November (stay tuned to this space for an announcement when they do). Of course, it's not too late to place your preorder, but act fast: Essen games ship out on a first come, first serve basis!

Credit card customers from Canada and the UK

We are currently having problems authorizing credit cards from Canada and the UK. If your billing address is in either of these countries, your credit card order will almost certainly be rejected. Instead, please use this temporary workaround:

Make sure your credit card information is on record in your profile and is up-to-date. Submit your order using "money order" as the payment method. Make a note in the special instructions field that you wish to pay by credit card. After you approve your shipping charges, we will manually charge the total amount to your credit card.
