• What age would the Guest of Honor most like to be?
• What movie title would the birthday person choose to describe their future?

The answers may surprise you. Want to bring some life to a gathering? The Birthday Game is a lot of life in a small box! Open it up and let it spill onto your friends and family.

Here's how you play... First, give the Bio Questionnaire to the Guest of Honor and let them secretly answer the questions about themselves. These will be used in game play. Choose teams. You need at least four people to play. You can have up to four teams with as many people as you want on each team. Teams take turns drawing cards and completing tasks. Drawing "Headbangers" gives a team the option to play or pass. If your team passes to the other team and they blow it, you move forward. The first team to make it onto the Birthday Cake has the chance to answer the Guest of Honor's Bio Questions. The team that answers the most questions correctly... wins!
