The object of Auf & Ab is to get rid of your cards before your opponents do. But everything changes suddenly, and you have to resort your cards and rethink your strategies. In this game, you can only win by carefully planning ahead.
I'm the creator, so count me biased. An english version of the rules is at http://www.mathpuzzle.com/domino.html . In fact, the owners of Franjos saw the game at my site, and liked it enough to make it. The 55 cards are well-crafted for game mechanics. In addition to Ups and Downs, you can use them as a double-9 domino card set.
