This is an identical set to the previously-released Formula D: Circuits 3 & 4: Nederland (Zandvoort No. 2) & Belgique (Spa-Francorchamps); However, Eurogames Descartes has re-named the tracks. The titles have only changed on the packaging; the map boards remain the same.
I agree with Walt Mulder's comments below, with this exception: I rate Spa - Belgium as an 'A+', and Zandvoort No. 2 - Netherlands as a 'B' (B+ when combined with Zandvoort No. 1). The reason? Spa is a great combination of fast, open track in one half, with tight manuevering (a series of 2-corners) in the other half, offering the driver a great test of strategy and tactics. Zandvoort No. 2 is a simple, fast track that offers few serious challenges until you add No.1; the combined track is just as fast, but tough on endurance of the cars, and therefore more of a challenge to the driver.
If you enjoy the Monaco/Zandvoort No. 1 tracks you got with your copy of FD, and you're in the market for new tracks, buy this set!! It'll round out your FD library well.
If you like Formula De, this is the best first expansion to go with. It gives you the option of extending the original Zandvoort I track that comes with the game into a super sized track with lots of options. There's a few straights that will get you rolling sixth gear a lot, but watch out for the turns where you'll need to slow. With the size of the combined tracks, it takes a while to get around the track once, and I guarantee you'll be using up your tires and brakes and possibly a few engine points as well. Pit stops are a must with two and three lappers. The Belgian course is pretty good as well. It's a good mix of turns with a few good straights. You'll use a full range of gears on this course. I'd give the Zand... course an 'A', and the SPA-Franco... course a 'B+'. Overall, a good place to start with course expansions. (After this, IMHO, go straight to the US #1 Pack for value and good rating, then backtrack to your personal favorites.)
