The players represent magicians, who conjure up demons and ghosts. In this way the world fills with these creatures, which each have their own color
When the game finally ends, the world is filled with creatures of varying levels of power. One color will dominate, and thus control the world.
In order to win the game, the players must try to guess which color will dominate at the end. Each player must commit himself to a color at some point during the game -- naturally, it must differ from colors already chosen.
The dilemma:
After a player invests his energy in which color he thinks will win, he is greatly weakened. Thus his influence on the rest of the game is minimized.
Thus he should not choose a color too early -- because the opponents will then act accordingly (and they still have full influence on the game). On the other hand, he shouldn't wait too long, otherwise the most promising colors will be taken.
