The basic rules: Setup
You have 72 jewels that are divided up equally into 6 different colors. You randomly place those jewels in holes in the board in 6 different rows. You place your colored pawn at the bottom of the board in alignment with one of the rows. Play
You have puzzle pieces that you need to correctly arrange into a puzzle board. You need to do the arrangement in 30 seconds and then grab the bottom 2 jewels from the row that your pawn is in alignment with. If you finish first, you can move your pawn along the bottom up to 3 spaces. The second place finisher can move 2 spaces and the third place finisher 1 space the fourth 0 spaces. Again, you move the pawn first and then grab the 2 jewels from the bottom of that row. Finish
The player who has the most jewels of the same color after 9 rounds of play (one round is one puzzle). I like this game but . . .

1. The rules are a little bit tough to understand. I had to search online to get some rules clarification. Case in point: You move the "pawns" along the base of the board after you have solved the puzzle. We were initially moving the pieces up the rows and also from row to row. You ONLY move them left to right at the bottom of the board.
2. After solving the puzzle it is easy to get in each others way when grabbing for the jewels.
3. If you are not good at solving the puzzles, you can be quickly out of the game.
4. The pawns are too close in color and I was always trying to remember what color I was.

Overall the game is fun and fast paced but not one of my favorites.
