Great Fun, Great Price

Very fun card game, everyone loved it. The point is to get rid of your cards first. You do that by catching other players breaking the crazy rules on the cards allowing you to pass cards to them. Sometimes passing a card will trigger others to pass cards as well. There are even cards that allow you to make up new rules of your own to catch other players with. The rules are constantly changing and it is easy to slip up if you are not careful. Highly recommended whether you are drinking or not.

Easy to learn, hard to play
March 23, 2009

We played this for the first time with 5 players and found it to be terrific fun, as long as you have a good memory. When each player has his turn, he makes a rule. Each successive player has to abide by every rule in play until the card is satisfied or otherwise removed from play. Throw into the mix a lot of cards for random actions that may or may not actually stem from game play (for instance, there is a card that can be played if anyone receives a cell phone call during the game) and you have a lot of craziness going on.

Trying to remember what rules are in effect at any given time can be very hard. If every player changes a table rule every time they have a turn, you have a whole new set of rules every round. Forgetting rules or neglecting to perform an action while abiding by the rules can get cards given to you. The goal is to get rid of all of your cards, so having them given to you is bad.

A good number of the rules contradict each other which causes a lot of cards to be passed around, and since the goal of the game is to get rid of all of your cards, if you don't pay close attention to the table rules, you can collect a lot of cards in a short amount of time.

This is not a game for children. The artwork is very nice but very adult in nature and some of the table rules can be inappropriate for minors.

It is easy to see how playing this with a larger group, and with the proper refreshments, can be a lot of fun.
