Toot Toot, Yeah, Beep Beep!

This was one of my favorites in the How to Host a Murder series. The story was a bit wacky, but it was what I had come to expect from the series. All the Characters were wild and well referenced to some of the most famous 1970's hits from Three's Company to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The ending was wild, but made sense. Me and my guests didn't stop laughing at the bad puns and intriguing characters! Highly recommended!

The clues were a little weak in linking the guilty party to the crime weapon, and others in the party were more likely suspects. A good time though. Not likely to make the basis for a movie or play though. I would prefer the plot to be a bit more susbtantial and less shocking in content. Also, there was not enough linkage with the murder weapon and the 'guilty' person.

While this episode offers the players a chance to get decked out in Bee-Gees garb for one night of (hopefully) stayin' alive, the general story didn't offer much justice to the people playing the make-believe parts. To me, it was a little too easy and the ending bordered on absurdity. Definitely not a 5 star contender, but a good night was enjoyed none-the-less.
