The banking house of Goldenblum and Co. has stored a valuable treasure: the numbered edition of a series of gold bars. Certainly, the vault is considered as burglarproof, but nevertheless, additional precautionary measures have been taken to complicate the work of gold robbers. The unique pieces of the series have been distributed to 14 different safes.

One night, a group of robbers succeeds in actually penetrating into the vault. Each tries to collect complete series of gold bars in his transportation box. But the inevitable happens: the brilliancy of the gold awakens the greed of the robbers and so they wear out themselves preying on each other. At daybreak it will finally be decided: Who has gathered the largest and most valuable collection of gold bars?
