CrossCribb is the exciting strategy game that takes the traditional favorite, cribbage, and multiplies the fun times five. CrossCribb uses conventional cribbage scoring rules, but the similarities end there as you try to build five high-scoring cribbage hands while trying to sabotage your opponents' hands. It's easy to learn, but difficult to master. It's CrossCribb!
Build your hands across the rows, criss-crossing cards with those of your opponent who is building hands in the columns perpendicular to your rows. One card at a time, the importance of placement, strategy, and luck magnifies as the hands take shape. Do you go for points, or play defense? It's high-scoring, fast-paced action as you try to outwit your opponents and work with your teammates. But watch out! Fortunes change at the turn of a card in CrossCribb!
CrossCribb can be played with two to six players, or play stimulating CrossCribb Solitaire. Durable color CrossCribb game board, high-quality CrossCribb card deck, 2 scoring pads, pencil, die and full scoring rules included. The game also includes rules for exciting variations: CrossCribb 20:20, CrossCribb DoubleTrouble and CrossPoker.
Whether you're an experienced cribbage player of new to the game, you'll find CrossCribb is an easy but challenging new twist on an old favorite that's positively addicting!
First we taught our new son-in-law to play cribbage. He was a quick study and soon we were able to introduce him to CrossCribb. Now it is his favorite game. We did the same for a French student. Then he bought a cribbage board to take home to teach his parents, brothers and sisters. Now we need to send him the next generation - CrossCribb.
I purchased this game last year for my son for Christmas. My son and his grandfather play this game at least once a week. They play for hours, and have a great time.
My father-in-law has played Cross Cribb with many of his friends in Florida, and they all now own their own copy.
It's a great family game that endures time.
