Monopoly Playmaster one of the best out there
March 30, 2003

After seeing the lackluster reviews of this game, I begin to wonder about what people think is good..All luck? So is any game where a card or die are used..unless you cheat, and well for those who think its ok to cheat a friend in a game, then really you lose in the long run...Monopoly can be a long game to play especially for younger people, but when I play an rpg on my to takes a lot of time to complete, and no matter what you do, it is all preset so that the outcome is pretty much the much for luck..You win well or you lose greatly.. I bought the Monopoly Playmaster at a kmart for $13.00 many many years ago. It had been marked down from $55.00. I still have it, it still works great and if I had to, I would buy it again. It does make the game a lot shorter, for those of you with the attention span of nothing, when the game decides to sell your property (you must own all of one color to avoid the bank from selling you can make this game even more challenging, owning Park Place but not its mate does not mean you will own it for the whole game,if someone else has more money than you, when the bank calls the buyback, someone can bid highter than you on rolls the die for you,so no more of that 'OH let me roll that again' when someone does not want to land on your keeps track or whose turn it is, and it has all those little flashing lights that so many people need to see in a game..Its ok not to like Monopoly..there are some games out there that I find terrible, but they are still great games as is MONOPOLY and MONOPOLY PLAYMASTER and MONOPOLY for the PC.
