We admit it freely: There's a little devil in each of us! Annoying your opponents with number cards, so that they lose points, makes for simply devilish fun...
At the beginning of the game the five Heaven & Hell cards are laid out on the table and each player is dealt six number cards and a doubler card. The remaining number cards form the draw pile in the center.
The starting player takes a card from the draw pile and then lays one of his number cards next to the Heaven & Hell card of the same color.
If the card is put to the right of the Heaven & Hell card, it later counts as angel-points, numerical values of one on the left of the card score devil-points. Gradually five rows result from the arrangement of the cards.
A row consists of five number cards, where at most three cards may be on a side. If a row is filled, the Heaven & Hell card is turned over to reveal a padlock. As soon as two rows are filled, the game ends and the points are distributed.
If there are more angel-points in a row, then the player who has most card values of the same color in his hand gets the desired points. However if there are more devil-points, he loses the points. Before revealing the card values of each color the players can play their doubler card and thus double the points.
After the score is recorded, the next round can begin. After a fixed number of rounds the player with most points wins.
