Product Description

This game is an Essen 2008 pre-order and will be directly imported after the end of the show. There are special conditions associated with pre-ordering this game. Please read the full conditions here.

A research station is being erected on a distant ice moon, Arktia, and players are constructing futuristic residential and research modules to claim control over as much of the ice as possible. Watch out, though, because if these "Moogloos" ("Moon igloos") get cut off from the main settlement of the matching color, they won't survive. Sudden warm spells in the climate will sink parts of the icy continents into the oceans and set limits on future growth. This destruction is under the control of the players, not random; once a player has placed all his Moogloos, he can start removing ice from play.

At the end of the game, players score points for each ice tile they control or have removed as well as all the Moogloos that they caused to be destroyed. Only the one who meets these arctic conditions with clever building plans will win the game.
