Fun easy to teach Pirate themed game
October 04, 2010

I came back from a German vacation with this game, so I got it before the USA copy. BGG had English rules and there were no cards or board language issues.

It is very easy to learn and easy to teach to new players. It plays fine with just 2 and better with 4 or 5. The turns move fast and it is a fun play. I have played it a few times now but it is hard to find a perfect strategy, so it begs for more game play. The game is PvE so nobody gets hurt. There are multiple ways of acquiring victory (honor) points so the winner may not be apparent until the final tally is made. And folks I play with generally want to play it again, and are hoping for local availability.

Our games took 30 to 60 minutes to play.
