Brilliant, exciting strategy game - a classic
November 30, 2003

This game is similar to Stratego in the basic premise and rules. The main element that makes 'The Generals' better is that you do not give away the identity of your pieces as you play. A simple electronic arbitrator (called 'The Amazing Computer' in 1980) tells you which piece wins a face-off. This makes for much more exciting gameplay with deception being a major factor. Games usually take about 20 mins to complete, so you can play several times in a relatively short period of time. A fantastic game overall.

Take chess and stratego....and you might start to understand 'The Generals.' Consider what you have for guts and bravery and you might just start to understand what it takes to win when playing 'The Generals!'

Don't have it? Don't even remember it? Then FIND it - Play it - LOve it !
