Didn't you know Chewbacca's eyes are blue?
September 01, 2005

Warning: This review is written by a Star Wars fanatic. If you are not a Star Wars fan please turn away to avoid seeing the excitement on my face whenever I think about this game.

Yes, finally a Trivial Pursuit that matches my knowledge. I absolutely love this game because it deals with one of my favorite subjects. It is a game I can only play with the right group of people, but when I get to play it's so much fun.

Two downsides to this game:

  1. OK the digital R2-D2 die is cool, but to be honest it would probably be a lot quicker just rolling a real die.

  2. As I said already, you need the right group of Star Wars gee... oops, I mean "fans" in order to play. I can't play this game nearly as much as I would like to.

This game is great, but it does only reference the original trilogy. In stores recently I've seen a Trivial Pursuit game that draws from all 6 movies that even has DVD questions. (I'm drooling just thinking about it.) That could definitely be an improvement, so 5 stars would be too generous for this game.

Once again I will say, this is a review (and game) for Star Wars fans only. If you hate the Star Wars movies or haven't seen them (blasphemy!) please adjust this review to 1 star and move onto another game.
