Product Description

With the creation of Magic: The Gathering, Wizards of the Coast introduced an entirely new game genre. Combining the fascination of trading cards with the excitement of fantasy games, Magic draws its players into a multiverse of infinite possibilities. Prepare to meet the challenges you will encounter in the strategic world of trading card games.

In Magic, you play a powerful wizard battling for control of a sphere of Dominia. Drawing from your deck of illustrated cards, you combat other wizards by summoning creatures and casting spells. By trading cards with other players, you can create a stronger deck to defeat your opponents. And the more you play and trade, the more Dominia's ever-changing adventures will intrigue you. In Magic: The Gathering, you'll never play the same game twice!

The two decks in this box each contain 60 cards randomly selected from a pool of over 300 different cards -- some common, some uncommon, and some rare. No two decks are alike. This box contains everything two people need to play Magic.

Most games get your attention while you play them then when your done you move on.Magic the gathering changes all of that from the moment you pick up the game your constantly thinking of new stratagies and card combos.Playing magic doesnt just involve the play time actually playing the game is probably what you do the least.Deck building is the most mind consuming part of this game hours are spent by people young and old to find the perfect deck.Magic by far is the most strategic, involved, mind blowing, beutifuly crafted game on the market today. So do yourself a favor pick up a starter deck grab your rule book and head down to your closest cards shop. Its time to learn to play Magic.
