Product Description

It's a switchman's nightmare! Your trusty red locomotive's blocked in the freight yard! Move those blocking cars and baggage platforms out of the way.

Pick a card from the pack of 50 switching yard traffic jam challenges. Match your gameboard set-up to the card. Shift the railroad cars, engines, and baggage platforms 'til you clear a path for the red locomotive to exit. Sound easy? You'll need brains to switch these trains!

Great game for all ages!
December 03, 2003

This is an awesome game! I first saw it at a friend's house and four men in their 30s took about an hour (or more?) to solve an expert puzzle. I also gave this game to my two six-year old cousins in Brazil. You don't need a common language to play it, and they loved it and could find puzzles for their level as well. This game is fun for everyone, of all abilities and ages.

This was my first introduction to RushHour games. I was very pleased with the challenging nature of the RailRoad situation. My son, 3 yrs old, loves trains and picked it out. We have started him working on the puzzles. He understands the concepts and solves the simpler junior puzzles. And yet the advanced puzzles are challenging enough for me.

Delightfully devious

Tons of fun! My wife and I rediscovered this little gem recently and have been feverishly working to solve each of the levels. It's a snap to learn, provides hours of enjoyment and (on the higher levels) a significant mental challenge. (I was stuck on 20 for a LONG time.) Plus, you can start and stop at any time and it's a blast for puzzle lovers of all age groups.

Our only (minor) complaint is that RRH is not as portable as Rush Hour.
