I've played this game several times and discovered that it is a good party game. It works well with libations. It is the most fun if you don't bother with the real rules. It plays well with all ages, and I love the cheater chopsticks. It is a very simple game, and it's very interesting to see the names of the different levels that you reach.
Are you a frequent patron of Chinese restaurants? If so, you're ahead of the game. Prove your prowess with chopsticks by picking up small poplar logs and using them to build a tower. The logs are placed two by two, each pair resting cross wise on the pair beneath. If you're careless, the tower will collapse and you'll get stuck with every last log that has hit the table and clattered to the floor. Most logs are spiral-cut, but a few are smooth and harder to stack. A round ends when someone runs out of logs, and the others accumulate points for their leftovers. Lowest score after four rounds wins. For those whose chopstick skills are not up to snuff, a pair of rookie sticks is included. Sorry, no fortune cookies.
