Product Description

Eeek! There's a moose loose in the kitchen... and another in the bathroom! In this silly matching card game, the goal is to keep moose out of your house, while at the same time giving them to your opponents. Use a door to close off empty rooms or if you're lucky, plant a moose trap to keep those loveable but uninvited visitors away! The player with the fewest moose wins.

There's a Moose in the House
October 30, 2009

This has to be one of my all time favourite card games that I have introduced to friends around the world. It is easy to learn for a wide range of ages. We make it more fun by adding sound effects for certain cards when played eg Moose Trap is pronounced is slow motion and Doors are "slamed." The game doesn't last too long so is good for children (and adults) who don't have long attention spans.

Hilarious for all!!!

This is the funniest game I have ever played with my kids (10 & 13). We love to play at the airport waiting for the flight, or camping for a rainy day diversion. Even grandma and grandpa had a blast. I just can't say enough good things about it. We take the game everywhere.

Great Game for Kids of all Ages!
August 20, 2004

This is a great game for kids of all ages. My 6 and 9 year old love this game and my 13 year old actually enjoys playing it with them! The discription here said for ages 8+ but my 6 year old has no problem playing this game. It is a quick 15 minute game that involves luck and some simple strategy. The pictures on the cards are great! We have a good time and get a lot of laughs when we play this game!

Family Fun, Fast
December 29, 2004
Although this game is rated 8 and up, my 5 yr old plays it with great success and glee. She beat the pants off me tonight! All of my kids (10, 8, 5) like this game, and it's quick enough to play on a whim. The moose illustrations on the cards are very funny, especially because we see moose quite often where we live and can only imagine the havoc a real moose in the house would create. Prepare for a good time. A word of caution, though: don't let the kids gang up on you or you're toast.
