Glorified Connect The Dots
September 04, 2006

Domination is little more than a glorified version of a pencil-and-paper game that we played as kids and simply called "Connect the Dots." The problem with this version is that you have almost no control over what you will connect.

Players draw dominoes and place them on the board in predesignated areas. If a player completes a square then that player get to put a token down in the square to designate that they've captured the square. Since there is only one of each piece, if you draw a domino there is no strategy of where it will go, only a matter of how long you hold onto it before you play it.

Children might enjoy the game, but there is simply not enough strategy in the game to hold an adults attention.
