The rules?
December 31, 2009

Most people seem to play incorrectly. This is why they don't like it. The spicy dice add a complicated element for those who know how to apply them correctly. (x times 2) to e X power. This kind of math can be involved for those who know how to play. Otherwise it takes and eternity to reach 25,000 points.

I totally disagree with the previous entry on farkel. It is a fun, quick game that can be played anywhere. I keep a set in my purse for the inevitable wait at restaurants. Our kids love it.

6 Crappy Dice and Some Dull Rules
July 07, 2007

This (and probably also the whole Farkel series) is either a scam or (seriously) some kind of joke. Farkel consists of nothing more than 6 average-quality dice, and rules to a game that has to be one of the most mindless (and boring) I've come across in a long time. If you're looking for a risk-taking dice game that's not mindless (and actually has simpler, easier to understand rules and scoring), try Pickomino instead.
