Definitely fun, but with drawbacks.

This is a fun game in which an elephant shaped head shoots butterflies out of its trunk with the assistance of a blower fan inside the head. The object is for the players to catch the butterflies in their nets. The player with the most butterflies wins. The benefits are that it is a cute concept, the butterflies really do fly out, and the kids are not simply "couch potatoes" - they have to get up and move around to catch the butterflies. The downsides are that the butterflies come out pretty quickly and don't fly a completely straight path, so your child has to be pretty fast with the net to intentionally catch them. (Many are unintentionally caught, though, if the net is in the general vicinity of the trunk.) The bigger problem is that because the butterflies come out so quickly, they have to frequently be collected and put back in, which is an annoying job for parents as each round lasts less than a minute. Five year olds could do the re-filling, but three and four year olds cannot. This means that a parent must be involved, even if children are playing amongst themselves. This game uses several C batteries, and seems to go through them pretty fast. The fan is enclosed behind a protective screen, and the elephant turns itself off if it tips-over, so it's completely safe.
