The land of Azeroth is a land of adventure. It is a realm of excitement, a domain of powerful heroes and wicked monsters. It is a world... of Warcraft.
Adventure in Azeroth with the new World of Warcraft: the Adventure Game. Play as one of nine powerful classes such as the Warrior, Hunter, or Shaman, and eight exotic races, including the graceful Night Elves and the bestial Tauren. Trek through the snows of Winterspring, get lost in the sandstorms of Tanaris, and roam across the plains of Mulgore. Battle monsters ranging from the fish-like Murlocs to the infernal servants of the Burning Legion.
World of Warcraft: the Adventure Game is a competitive, quick-moving romp through the world of Warcraft. Taking your character from humble beginnings to the dizzying heights of power, challenging dangerous monsters and the dangers of your fellow players, will you be the one to emerge victorious?

This is a fun game that easily captures the spirit of the online World of Warcraft without getting into the complexity of the other World of Warcraft boardgame.
The components are top notch but that should be expected as it's a Fantasy Flight game. Sturdy board, nice characters, incredible artwork all around.
The rules in the rulebook are very easy to understand and incredibly well done with a ton of examples for some of the finer points of the game.
The flow of play is very easy to understand and once you have a grasp of it the turns zip by at a very rapid pace. There can be lots of interaction with other players (some quests demand it actually) so it can be a lot of fun for a group of players trying to slow each other down or generally causing mayhem for each other.
The game is all about quests. Completing quests will net you Valor Points. The first person to reach 8 Valor Points wins. This winning usually involves one character fighting a big bad boss character. These guys are tough and so it's cool to watch someone go up against them.
I would have given it 5 stars but the encounter cards are very small and hard to shuffle other than that I can find no flaws.
Overall I highly recommend this game if you are into the online game or enjoy quick adventure games. This one is a winner.
