America's word game is not Lingo ... it's Pyramid
August 21, 2003

Now you do not have to go to Egypt to win $25,000 in cash!! This home version of the $25,000 Pyramid is played like the television show, but here are some things that you need to know. In the home version there are no 7-11 or Mystery 7 bonus cards. And the winner of the game goes to the winner circle. In the winner circle round, the first win is worth $5,000; the second win is worth $10,000 and so on until you get five wins and go up to $25,000. The way I play the winner circle round with my friends is the first try you go for $5,000 and the second and final try is worth an additional $10,000. I pick the top three teams with the highest score to play in a championship game for $25,000 more. It is a great game to play.
