In case you, like me, need a clue as to the identity of Donna Leon, take a peek at author page from Grove Atlantic. Once you realize that many of her thrillers are set in Venice, you will no longer be surprised to find Leo Colovini's name listed on this game as Colovini and Venice go together like two things that have been associated with one another for a long time and are frequently found together.
Now that I have replaced an easy simile with nothing of the sort, on to the game! Someone is missing in Venice, possibly murdered, and you have five intimidated witnesses and eight suspects on hand. The players must slip into the role of Leon's Commissioner Brunetti and his colleagues in order to take the investigations into hand. If they bring flair, their powers of deduction and a little luck to the matter at hand, the offender's handiwork will be unveiled.
