Dino Business is a Jurassic Park-style family game minus all the people eating and rampaging. The game lasts three rounds, and in each round players want to populate a third of Dino Island with their cute dino-meeples. A round is broken up into an unspecified number of turns. The turn starts with players seeing which items will be available on the market, specifically the number of dino tiles and the quantity of the three types of dino DNA. To reconstruct a flesh-eater, you need red and blue DNA, while grass-eaters require green and blue.
Players then take turns either buying DNA, buying a dino tile, taking a funding action or passing. Once the DNA is gone, this phase ends, then players make dinosaurs, if possible, scoring points based on the complexity of the dinosaur and additional points if you place your dinos next to one another. Having a friend makes them happy!
As soon as one part of the island is filled, that round ends and players throw away any dino tiles that they didn't bring back to life. Whoever has the highest score after three rounds wins.
