Product Description

German publisher eggertspiele started running teasers of a game that would celebrate its 15th anniversary in early 2010. Now eggertspiele has spilled the beans on Rummelplatz, which translates as "Funfair" in English. Here's a game description from the publisher:

Enjoy an evening of thrills and breathtaking actions! Venture the steep descents with an exciting roller coaster ride or bear company to scary creatures at the ghost train.

For our 15th anniversary as a boardgame publisher we cordially invite you to visit our Rummelplatz, possibly the biggest funfair ever inside a boardgame.

Sixteen popular designers and illustrators drag you into a colourful world of eight attractions and funfair rides. Some of these short games have to be mastered on your way to gain the top prize. Show off your rampant strength at ring-the-bell and let it bang at the bumper car. Collect points at these games for the lot-booth and raise your chances to draw the top prize at the end of the game.

Speed, action, spontaneity and fun are the main factors here. Entertaining games provide an authentic funfair feeling.
